Fluorescent Orange Polyethylene Microspheres 1.00g/cc - 10um to 1000um (1mm)
Description
Bright fluorescent orange microspheres are supplied in dry powder form and specifically designed with density ~1g/cc for suspension in fresh water, enabling flow visualization and analysis of fluid flow in a device.
Particles exhibit a strong fluorescent response and are color stable in solution.

· Density: 0.99g/cc-1.01g/cc (perfect for suspension in water)
· Daylight Color: Fluorescent Orange (606nm Peak)
· Fluorescent Response: Fluorescent Orange under 300-600nm wavelengths. Works well with Green Lasers. Peak emission of 606nm when excited at 577nm
· Particles in Size Range: >90%
· Spherical Particles: >90%
Polyethylene microspheres are hydrophobic and suspend easily in oil-based solutions. They can also be suspended in aqueous solution if coated with a surfactant prior to suspending in water.
We recommend using Tween 80 or Tween 20 Surfactants.
